synergymade is built on a simple rule: we're honest about your data. we collect and use it to make the product genuinely better for you, and we tell you exactly what, and why, right here. we never sell it, and you can take it with you or delete it anytime. no hidden collection, no fine-print surprises.

1. what we collect

• account details : your email and the sign-in method you choose, so one manymoats account works across synergymade and the rest of the family.
• flow content : the flows, steps, and records you assemble in the builder, so we can store and process them for you.
• usage data : how you use the features, so we can keep the service reliable, improve it, and personalize your experience. genuinely sensitive data, and anything from minors, is handled with extra care and kept on your device where it applies.
• payment data : handled by our payment processor (Stripe). we never see or store your full card number.

2. how we use your data

to operate synergymade, provide the features you request, keep it secure, improve and personalize it, process payments, and respond to support. we do not sell your personal information.

3. who we share it with

we share data only with service providers that help us run synergymade, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Stripe : payment processing.
• Supabase : account, authentication, and data storage.
• Google Cloud / Firebase : hosting and backend infrastructure.
• AI model providers : to process the specific requests you make to AI-assisted features.

4. children

synergymade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. we do not route sensitive or minor data off-device where the service can avoid it. if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

5. your rights

you can access and export your flows and data in an open, portable format, and you can delete your data, deletion is honored across the services. subscriptions can be paused rather than deleted if you'd rather keep your work; either way, the choice is yours. to make a request, email privacy@manymoats.com.

6. cookies & local storage

we use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (like the grunts on/off setting), and make the service work. you can browse and build flows without signing in; an account is only required to save your work or run a flow for real.

7. security

we protect your data with standard security practices. payment details live with Stripe, and secrets and keys are held server-side only, we never store your card data or raw credentials in the browser.

Product usage counting (Loop)

We load a small first-party script on this site that records basic product-usage events (which surface you used, which action, and when, plus a random device identifier in your browser storage). Events are sent to our servers and may be associated with your account if you are signed in. They do not include document text, prompts, or clipboard contents. Sync is on by default; if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we treat counting as off unless you later choose otherwise. We do not use third-party advertising analytics (no gtag / pixels).

Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data only with providers needed to run the services, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Stripe : payment processing (we never see full card numbers).
• Supabase : authentication and data storage.
• Google Cloud / Firebase : hosting and backend infrastructure.
• OpenRouter / model hosts : AI features you explicitly request.
• fal.ai : image/video generation you explicitly request.
• Resend : transactional email when the product sends mail.

Access, export, and delete

When signed in, use Account → Your data to export a JSON package or request account erase. Erase is honest about partial stages (billing receipts may be retained for legal duty; biometric weights are purged when that path is fully wired).
