monthly billing, cancel in one click

paid plans are billed monthly. where a yearly plan is offered it is a discounted rate charged once for the year, and monthly is always offered alongside it, so nobody is ever forced into a year to use the product.

cancel anytime, one click

you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, in one click, with no retention maze. cancellation stops all future billing. you keep access to your paid plan through the end of the period you've already paid for.

pause instead of cancel

if you'd rather not lose your work, you can pause instead of cancel. your account moves to a paused state, billing stops, and your flows, data, and any remaining credits are retained so you can pick up where you left off. resume is one click whenever you're ready.

refunds

monthly charges pay for the month of access ahead and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, but you can cancel anytime to prevent any further charge. and if something went wrong on our end, you were charged in error, or the service failed to deliver what it promised, contact us and we will make it right.

credits

credits are used to run paid operations inside synergymade (like a live run of a flow) and are shared across the manymoats family. they are not cash, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money. the cost of an operation is always shown before you commit to it, building and test-running a flow is $0, always. cancelling stops future credit grants; credits already in your balance remain usable under your plan's terms while your account is active.

financial hardship

if you're in a tight spot, reach out. we would rather pause your plan and keep your work safe than see you charged for something you can't use right now. email us and we'll find the right option.
