these terms govern your use of synergymade, a product of manymoats : the operator of synergymade and its sibling products (including exlegacy, filefriend, syntax, tethered, togglesnap, yapcircuit, lathecreate, inputdojo, grepthat, and cohortcollab). by using synergymade you agree to these terms.

1. what synergymade is

synergymade is a software tool for assembling and running action flows across your apps, a sequence of outcomes (a message, a booking, a signed document, a moved record) chained together and driven by one shared record. it is a software tool, not a law firm, financial adviser, or agency, and it does not provide professional advice.

2. your account

one manymoats account identifies you across synergymade and the rest of the family. you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan; synergymade is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. acceptable use

• don't use synergymade for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't send unsolicited mass messages, scrape at scale, or abuse rate limits or automated endpoints.
• don't attempt to breach security, access accounts that aren't yours, or reverse our systems.
• you're responsible for the content, apps, and inputs you connect to a flow and for having the rights to use them.

4. billing, credits & cancellation

paid plans are billed monthly. where a yearly plan is offered it is a discounted rate charged once for the year, and monthly is always offered alongside it, so nobody is ever forced into a year to use the product. building and test-running a flow costs nothing; the cost of a paid operation (a live run) is shown before you commit to it, and paid features run on a single universal credit shared with the rest of the family. you can cancel anytime in one click; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. see our refund & cancellation policy for details.

5. AI features & no professional advice

where syntax or another AI feature assists in building a flow, its suggestions are assistance, not guarantees of accuracy. you're responsible for reviewing and using your own work. nothing produced by synergymade is legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

6. your content & intellectual property

you own the flows, records, and content you create with synergymade and are responsible for them. we don't claim ownership of your work. you grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it so the service can function. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

7. availability & disclaimers

synergymade is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. we work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and where required we'll give advance notice. you may stop using synergymade and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

9. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which manymoats is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
